Membrane installations
In our offer you will find membrane installations for all types of applications, begining from laboratory installations, through pilot installations allowing to recreate the production process on a small scale with its full scaling abilities to fully industrial installations.
We implement installations in four main standards, depending on the characteristics of the processing product:
INDUSTRY - this is a perfect method for heavy industry and waste water plants. It is characterized by the use of solutions allowing to maximize the effect using the most economical solutions.
EXAMPLE OF THE INDUSTRY STANDARD FOR EXECUTION OF WELDINGS: welds performed manually in a gas shield.
HYGIENIC - this is the most common method of implementation for food processing, where low-viscosity food products, bacterial metabolites, dietary supplements, single-base cosmetics or feed are processed. Sanitization processes are performed in an easy way that allows to obtain health-safety product.

ULTRA HYGIENIC - it is a method of execution for food processing, where we are dealing with products with high viscosities and / or easily degraded by microbiological (e.g. in blood processing). This standard is also used in pharmacy for drugs intended for oral administration, where a high level of AFI reduction is crucial, and in the production of emulsion cosmetics. In addition to sanitation processes, this standard allows the use of sterilization processes.

ASEPTIC - is the highest hygienic standard of performance intended mainly for pharmaceutical products intended for injection or application on mucous membranes. In food processing, it is used for the production of products with an extended shelf life. ASEPTIC zones are isolated from the environment.

Where there is no such possibility, manual argon-shielded welding with gas purity certificate and these welds are identified and marked.
